Turo is a peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace that lets car owners and enthusiasts rent their vehicles to others around the globe. We refund you in full if your host cancels, doesn’t show up, or in the rare instance when Turo has to cancel your trip.You’re responsible for any eligible damage that occurs during a trip, whether or not you’re at fault or caused the damage. By choosing a protection plan available through Turo, you can limit the amount you’d have to pay out of pocket if your host’s vehicle is damaged during your trip.Payment options When Turo will charge your payment method for a trip depends on the available payment option you choose. Your options may include Pay now, Pay later, Pay as you go, or Pay over time. Not all payment options are available to all guests at all times.Turo permits hosts to use tracking and technology devices in order to track and protect their vehicles. These include, but aren’t limited to, GPS, aftermarket vehicle tracking technology, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) devices, cameras, and telematics devices.
Why is Turo not approved?

Why won’t Turo let me rent a car?

That means: If you earn $5,000/month in bookings, you could be losing up to $1,250/month to Turo fees.Payment timing If you successfully pay the invoice within 48 hours, we’ll mark the invoice “paid,” with a $0 balance. If you do nothing, and the charge is $100* or less, Turo will automatically charge your payment method on file as permitted by our Terms of service.
How does picking up a Turo car work?
