What are banking hours in France?
Banks are generally open from 9am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday or from Tuesday to Saturday. Some branches may close over lunchtime, usually between 12. For cash withdrawals, automatic cashpoints (ATMs) operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our working days are Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays. A lot of bank processes, such as clearing a bank payment, only happen during these days, even though some branches may be open on Saturdays and Sundays.
