Can I access myAudi from a computer?
Audi connect® with Google Earth™ satellite imagery is your guide to places of interest, travel information, weather reports, fuel prices and more. You can even send destinations with your myAudi account on your desktop straight to your car. Go to the Options menu again by selecting the right bracket, then ‘Audi Connect user management’.You can find it under the scratch-off plastic tag attached to the key fob. Open the tag and scratch off the top to uncover the 10-digit Vehicle Code. Note: the vehicle code is case sensitive so ensure that appropriate characters have been capitalized as needed. Why can’t I login to myAudi?

If you’re still unable to log into the myAudi App please call 1-800-822-AUDI (2834), Mon-Fri, 8 am to 8 pm, (Eastern Time) for technical assistance with your account so we can help get you connected. Following delivery of your Audi, you’ll receive your account information by mail. This includes your account number, enabling you to manage payments, enroll in AutoPay, and access additional services through myAudi.After creating your account, activate Audi connect by logging into the myAudi app and adding your vehicle using the VIN. This step unlocks the myriad benefits of Audi connect, from remote control features to real-time vehicle status updates.

What is the point of the myAudi app?
The myAudi app allows you to control your Audi from your smartphone. Access a suite of intelligent services that enhance your driving and ownership experience—from locking and unlocking your doors to checking the status of your vehicle—and much more. The Audi MMI (Multi Media Interface) system streamlines controls for audio, vehicle settings, and navigation under a common interface, reducing the number of control buttons for you. Audi models are also Bluetooth-enabled for mobile phones and audio devices—giving you hands-free access to many functions.Is Audi MMI any good? We think Audi’s MMI system is one of the better infotainment setups on the market, although it may play a close second fiddle to BMW’s iDrive system. Menus are generally clearly laid out and most options are intuitively labelled and presented.Why Updating Matters. Installing the most recent MMI software update helps keep your Audi’s technology running at its best. Updated code often includes faster menu loading, better touchscreen sensitivity, and improved map functionality, making daily driving more intuitive and enjoyable.
Can two users use the myAudi app?
Set yourself as the Key User on the myAudi app, then designate other drivers as secondary users so they can also access gain to vehicle information on the app. A Key User is the owner of the vehicle and a Secondary User is any additional driver of the vehicle. Key Users are the account holders authorized by Audi to access certain vehicle functions and information on the myAudi mobile app.
